Sonic Summary

The candidate should have experience delivering Autodesk software like Revit, CAD, or Civil 3D for water or wastewater projects.
A minimum of experience in managing BIM data within a common data environment throughout the project lifecycle is required.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is preferred, along with a solid understanding of BIM tools and software.
Strong IT literacy and the ability to communicate professionally are essential, as well as the capability to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in work.
Familiarity with information management principles as outlined in ISO 19650 is necessary.

Candidate Specification

You will bring with you:

Experience of delivering Autodesk (Revit/CAD/Civil 3D) for water, or wastewater, non-infrastructure and infrastructure projects

Experience of working in a common data environment platform and managing BIM data throughout the project lifecycle

Experience in use of Autodesk Revit is preferable.

Experience in application of BIM tools & software

Excellent IT literacy

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally

Capability to work to deadlines

Ensuring work is completed accurately and with attention to detail

Ability to work independently, taking ownership for quality and delivery of own work

Understanding of key principles of information management as set out in ISO 19650 CDE BIM Asset Management Software
