About the Role
Our client, a leading financial organisation, is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to drive data-led decision-making and optimise performance across key business areas. This role involves analysing strategy effectiveness, developing data-driven insights, and working closely with senior stakeholders to enhance operational outcomes.
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 + up to 20% bonusJob Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities* Lead performance analysis and identify opportunities for strategic improvements.* Develop and implement customer-focused, cost-effective strategies.* Use SQL and Power BI to generate reports and guide decision-making.* Work collaboratively with operational teams to refine and implement strategies.* Mentor and support junior analysts to develop their skills.* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.* Assist in client discussions, ensuring analytics support business goals.
Requirements* At least three years' experience in an analytical role within a financial organisation.* Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.* Experience leading or mentoring a team is desirable.
