They are seeking a Data Operations Team Lead to join our Data Operations team. In this role, you will lead a small team of data analysts and provide insightful analysis to address both customer and internal requirements.

You will also be responsible for creating dashboards using AWS QuickSight or equivalent tools and developing alerts and monitoring scripts using Python and Pandas or similar technologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Communicate with customers and internal teams on complete data questions

Analyse large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.

Conduct thorough data analysis to resolve customer and internal issues ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.

Create and maintain automated alerts and monitoring reports using Python to ensure timely detection of anomalies and issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Continuously improve data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Person Specification

Required Skills

Strong communication listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Developing scripts using Python for data manipulation and reporting.

Experience working with large volumes of data and complex datasets.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Understanding of software development processes and tools

Desired Skills

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including AWS QuickSight or equivalent.
