HRIS Change Manager (Workday)

Oakleaf Partnership North are working with our global financial services client who have recently implemented Workday to secure a HRIS Change Manager to join them on a permanent basis in a new role. This role will focus on ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates for new Workday functionalities by creating and executing effective change management plans.

As the HRIS Change Manager you will have a deep understanding of Workday and its functionalities, along with proven experience in leading change management initiatives within a global, cross-cultural context. This role is crucial in supporting the company's ongoing HR digital transformation efforts, ensuring that system changes align with business goals and deliver tangible value.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following;

  • Proficient in change management methodologies and able to tailor strategies to meet the specific needs of various regions and business units.
  • Familiar with Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, or other HCM SKUs, with an ability to translate system changes into impactful user benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from regional teams to senior executives.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on practical, hands-on learning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on measuring the impact of change management efforts and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
