As we continue to expand and grow with the support of Lawfront, we are seeking a IT Lead to join our IT support team in Manchester. The role will oversee the day-to-day IT service delivery and support for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Align IT Services with business requirements and objectives
  2. Manage daily IT service delivery for Farleys Solicitors
  3. Supervise and lead support delivery
  4. Work closely with the Head of IT Service Delivery within Lawfront on strategic initiatives

Technical Proficiencies:

- Windows Server administration

- DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory management

- M365 / Entra / Azure implementation and administration

- Group Policy / Intune configuration and management

- TCP/IP networking and routing

- VOIP PBX

- Infrastructure management

- Cybersecurity best practices

- Office 365 suite administration

- Windows desktop / AVD support and management

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Experience in IT infrastructure management
  2. Strong understanding of data regulations and GDPR compliance
  3. Proficiency in end-user applications, including the Office 365 suite
  4. Experience with Windows desktop administration and support
  5. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
  6. Excellent leadership and team management skills
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  8. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  9. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
