Digital Product OwnerE-commerce client2 days on site in Manchester£45,000-50,000 plus perks and benefits About the RoleAs a Digital Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital products.You will be responsible for defining, prioritising, and managing the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision that inspires and motivates the team.
  • Roadmap: Create and maintain a prioritised product roadmap, balancing business goals with technical feasibility and customer needs.
  • Backlog: Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and groomed for development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address feedback, and ensure alignment with the product vision.
  • Agile Methodology: Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Track product performance using key metrics and analytics, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a retail/e-commerce environment  - Essential
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail is essential
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
