We are seeking an ERP Project Manager to oversee and manage the implementation and optimisation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proven track record in project management, with the ability to negotiate effectively and lead cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of project methodologies such as Waterfall and SAFe, along with proficiency in tools like Jira and TFS.
Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of ERP projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that project deliverables meet organisational needs.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders using platforms such as SharePoint for documentation and updates.
- Oversee release management processes to ensure smooth transitions during software updates or changes.
- Implement disaster recovery plans to safeguard data integrity and business continuity.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within an ERP context, demonstrating a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and TFS; experience with SharePoint is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and SAFe methodologies for effective project delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are meticulously managed.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
