Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Infrastructure Manager role to join an expanding organisation in the North West. The role is permanent, hybrid opportunity paying between £58,000 – £60,000 per annum
The Role:
- Lead the ICT infrastructure team in developing and maintaining the ICT infrastructure, security and operations, inspiring the team to provide reliable and secure technology solutions
- Ensure that the ICT infrastructure, telephony and systems are effectively maintained and meet compliance requirements
- Lead on the delivery of infrastructure projects, making recommendations on how the infrastructure can be continually improved
- Be responsible for the ICT disaster recovery, ensure plans are reviewed regularly and updated and that scheduled testing is carried out
- Effectively oversee the development of a team of ICT infrastructure Engineers, support officers and service desk officers
The Person:
- At least 2 years’ experience managing in a similar role as IT manager is essential
- Experience in leading on Infrastructure projects with project management methodology
- Experience in developing business continuity/disaster recovery plans and delivering ICT implementations and solutions
- Strong understanding of infrastructure services and Cloud
- Experience with Azure, Intune, O365, VMWare and ICT Infrastructure amongst others
