An experienced IT Manager is required for a remote working position on an initial 3-month contract, paying a competitive salary.
The role involves managing the organization's IT systems, overseeing third-party suppliers, and developing the IT roadmap and strategy.
Candidates should have experience in on-prem to cloud migrations, particularly with Microsoft technologies and Azure adoption.
Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, along with a background in vendor management and IT security principles.
Applicants should ideally have prior experience as an IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager, or Head of IT, with immediate interview slots available.

IT Manager – Remote working

IT Manager required on an initial 3-month contract, working remotely inside IR35.

The experienced IT Manager will be responsible for the organisations IT systems, management of 3rd party suppliers / applications and the IT roadmap and strategy, all whilst being a technical point of contact for the business.

Divestment of IT services away from their current setup, means the business is transitions to being a standalone organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in putting together a technical strategy solution for the company with a view to growing a technical team.

Project work will include an O365 migration along with Azure adoption for the business. It is important candidates have experience within on-prem to cloud migrations.

IT Manager - Technical Skills / Experience required:

Focus on Microsoft systems administration
Strong technically within Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and SharePoint – being a technical point of escalation
Experience within Cloud adoption (ideally Azure)
Experience leading O365 migrations
Vendor management
IT strategy, including documentation of processes
Able to implement and enforce IT security principles, compliance requirements, and risk management practices
Previously led IT projects through to completion
Strong leadership / management skills

This is a full-time contract requirement with remote working.

This IT Manager role is an immediate requirement with interview slots available this week.

The position would be suitable for candidates with IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager and Head of IT experience.
