The Client:

Castlefield are currently working with a Manchester based organisation to support in the recruitment of a Programme Manager. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy with great benefits that include 35 days holiday + BH and an employer pension contribution over 15%.

The Role:

  • Develop the programme of IT projects to support the organisations IT strategy
  • Overall control of the programme management function
  • Oversee assets, procurement and stock control in relation to IT
  • Manage the quality team responsible for all ISO certifications
  • Control and monitor the programme of IT projects and spend profile
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company policies
  • Develop risk profiles for all IT projects
  • Ensure a "best in class" service is delivered to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the Programme Management team

The Person:

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodology
  • Staff management experience
  • Prince2
  • Track record of delivery in large/complex organisations
