This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant project in the Manchester skyline.
The project is a 38-storey building valued at £105 million, featuring bedrooms and communal areas.
Candidates should have strong experience in managing high-rise projects over 20 storeys and knowledge of cranes and hoists.
A background in fast-track bathroom pod and internal fit-out is essential, along with good overall construction knowledge.
The role requires strong client-facing skills and management of approximately 10 reports on the project.
