Built over 16 years, they continue to innovate and grow with over seven million customers.They are now recruiting an IT Project Manager to work remotely within the UK.THE IT PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:You’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they align with our business goals, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This includes:
  • Lead and manage complex programmes from inception through to successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme progress, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across all teams involved in the programme.
  • Continuously monitor and report on programme performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance programme efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during programme execution.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Significant experience in programme or project management - mainly IT
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Jira etc) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight.
SALARY & BENEFITS AS PROJECT MANAGER:
  • £70,000
