Title: SAP S4 Project Manager needed for Manufacturing sector in ManchesterSAP Project Manager | Outside IR35 | Initial 3 month contract (with possible 12 month extension following) | Onsite 2-3 times a month | Rate: 520 - 540 per day, depending on experience | Start Date: Early January 2025 Introductory Paragraph:Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Manchester is currently seeking an experienced and proactive SAP S4 Project Manager to join their team, working closely and in tandem with the SAP Business Operations Lead. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills, with a hands-on and delivery focused attitude. The ideal candidate will take ownership of planning on Jira, and remove blockers to ensure delivery as planned. Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years' experience contracting in Project Management - Proven track record as a project manager within the manufacturing industry- Adept proficiency working with Jira- SAP experience advantageousSkills:Proactive - A successful candidate should be able to identify potential problems before they arise while always looking ahead towards what could come next.Organised - Ability to manage multiple tasks and dependencies efficiently through prioritisation & time management. Delivery-focused - Our clients expect timely delivery of projects without compromising quality standards; therefore, candidates must possess high levels of focus when it comes down achieving deadlines consistently. Coordination abilities - We require someone who can coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams across all departments regardless if they're technical/non-technical people involved,JIRA ownership/organising POs - As part of your role responsibilities you'll need extensive knowledge around managing task lists inside JIRA along with organising purchase orders (PO) whenever necessary.Please ensure you send a copy of your CV to be considered
