Quality Assurance Manager – Construction

Location: Various sites across Manchester
Salary: £30,000+ (DOE) + Company Vehicle

Job Type: Permanent or Self-Employed

Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the highest standards of construction work across their projects. This role is suited for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, as training will be provided where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate (essential for documentation and reporting).
  • Background in construction, preferably with brickwork experience (not essential).
  • CSCS Card or willingness to work towards obtaining one.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality control.
  • Ability to work closely with site managers and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting quality checks on construction work to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Recording findings on the client’s Quality Assurance systems such as Fieldview, Dalux, etc.
  • Collaborating with site teams to rectify any quality issues.
  • Ensuring work meets health, safety, and quality requirements.
