Are you an experienced Quality Manager from a manufacturing background, looking for a role with on a large production site offering job security and long term further progression?

The role is within a major manufacturer in their market, and will include first and second line management of a small team, working to ISO/9001 standards.

The role offers a great deal of variety, plus collaboration with both the after sales and production teams.

The Role

1. Full time, permanent site based position on a large manufacturing production site
2. Direct management of 2 staff.
3. Focusing on a right first time culture, collaborative work between quality and production, improving quality processes and reduce quality defects.

The Person

1. Academic/working background in manufacturing engineering
2. Experience as a Quality Manager, including staff management
3. Understanding of lean, 5y, 8d and fishbone.
4. Understanding of process flow methodology
