We are working with a top global consultancy, who are looking for top consultants to join their IT Performance team and support clients achieve seamless digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design transformation roadmaps and creative technology strategies.
- Design and implement IT operating models.
- Develop frameworks for technology solutions cost of ownership and identify value drivers and optimisation opportunities.
- Engage in technology due diligence, integration planning, risk mitigation and synergy identification for M&A transactions.
- Deliver post-merger integrations.
- Perform vital Business Development activities including proposals, RFPs and bids
Ideal Skillset:
- Previous experience delivering and leading large complex IT transformation projects
- Understanding of Technology Strategy, IT cost management and optimisation and Mergers & Acquisitions IT delivery
- Senior stakeholder experience.
- Business Development experience including evidence of achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing teams
