Contract role - Network/Network Security Project Manager/Delivery Manager x2 - Leeds/Manchester/Hybrid - 12 months initial

We are currently looking for experienced Network/Network Security Project Manager/Delivery Manager x2 with strong exposure to key network technologies, hands-on with complex core network builds or Cisco ACI/F5/Load Balancing projects.

Infrastructure Program

  • The programme involves building the data centre, fit-out, setting up shared services and ecosystems and migrating the bank's operations to the new data centre without impacting service.
  • The programme is expected to run until the end of 2027.
  • The bank has a small core team of around 18 people and relies on resource augmentation to bring in skills as needed to meet demand peaks.
  • Job Title: Network Project Manager/Delivery Manager
  • Type of Role: Contract - 12 months initially - Inside IR35 PAYE/FTC
  • Location: Leeds/Manchester/Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)
  • Sector: Banking

Responsibilities:

  • Budget Ownership: Manage and oversee project budgets.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support project decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute project plans.
  • Resource and Supplier Management: Oversee resource allocation and supplier relationships.

Technologies requirement:

  • Strong exposure to key network technologies that the Lab is looking to deploy over the next 12 months.
  • Hands-on delivery with complex core network builds or Cisco ACI/F5/Load Balancing/Load Balancer
  • Involved in network deployments with exposure to Cisco technologies where possible
