Infrastructure Architect - £700 to £750 per day - Inside IR35 - Hybrid working with 3 days a week on site near Wythenshawe, Manchester - 6 Month initial contract.
Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect with expertise in Audiocodes deployments and VoIP telecommunications. This role emphasizes designing and implementing robust telecom solutions, including the integration of legacy PBX systems with modern technologies, and creating comprehensive Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable VoIP and telecom infrastructure solutions with a focus on Audiocodes platforms.
- Develop detailed HLD and LLD documentation to support infrastructure designs, ensuring clarity and scalability.
- Architect and implement seamless integrations between existing telecom systems, including legacy PBX systems, and modern technologies.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of telecom networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement infrastructure requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Audiocodes and VoIP best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex telecom infrastructure challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all architecture, deployments, and integration efforts.
Key Requirements
- Proven expertise in Audiocodes deployments, VoIP architecture, and telecom infrastructure.
- Strong experience in creating and maintaining detailed LLD and HLD documentation.
- Background in telecommunications, including experience with legacy PBX systems such as Siemens, Ericsson, or Mitel.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom protocols, standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Audiocodes, VoIP, or telecom technologies are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) environments.
- Familiarity with modern telecom tools and methodologies to enhance system integrations.
