Contract Position based at:        Manchester / Hybrid - 2/3 days per week on site
UMBRELLA RATE:                 £33.54 / hour
Length of Contract:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 5 months but will be considered for renewal
Position Description:

What You Will Do:
• Provide consultation to product teams in security architecture and design, and conduct security reviews of new and existing products and services.• Work closely with engineering teams to help them uncover threats in their solutions.• Develop and own architectural solutions that deliver the highest standard of security.• Collaborate closely with the Solution Architecture team to ensure systems are secure by design.• Create threat models and work with engineering teams to implement them.• Maintain strong knowledge of current security threats, mitigations, and operational security best practices.
What You Will Bring:
• A strong technical background, preferably in Software Engineering or Cyber Security.• Knowledge of DevSecOps and familiarity with application security and threat modelling.• Experience implementing SDLC process, technology, and automation in a DevOps environment.• Familiarity with large-scale web applications, API design, access management, and data protection.• A collaborative spirit, keen to work across engineering teams to deliver secure, connected data platforms.

As a Senior Security Architect, you will be at the forefront of defining and evolving system security architectures that are not only secure by design but also pave the way for the next generation of luxury automotive experiences.
