Business Systems Administrator
An exciting opportunity to work for a leading construction & property developer on some of Manchester's flagship residential developments to maintain and improve the business systems across several high end 100 million + developments to ensure the efficient operational delivery of each project.
The Role for Business Systems Administrator
You will be responsible for the following duties;
- Maintain snagging software, including creating new projects, uploading plans, location markers, generating checklists, eforms and supporting the dashboard
- Maintain the snagging iPad assets
- Ensure the effectiveness of their internal SharePoint system including maintaining and improving the current systems, managing permissions and workflows (both through SharePoint and PowerAutomate), plus seek to drive improvements across the various existing systems
- Maintain, update and generate new dashboards to provide informatics to the board, senior management team and the wider business
- Train in the use of the systems outlined above
- Assist in supporting the development and/or introduction of new business systems
Experience & Skills Requirements for Business Systems Administrator
Ideally you will have some experience of working in the construction or property industry or have some transferable skills from a related industry.

- Experience of SharePoint
- Experience of Power BI
- Experience of Snagmaster
- Experience of PowerAutomate / Microsoft Flow
- Familiarity with DAX expressions
Salary & Package for Business Systems Administrator
- Base salary - 28,000 - 35,000 depending on experience & skill set.
