- Systems Support: Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR and OD systems, ensuring system integrity, user access, and accurate reporting.
- Systems Integration: Support the integration of new and existing systems, including testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.
- User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for system users, providing guidance on best practices and effective system usage.
- Management Information Reporting: Assist in the development of accurate and user-friendly reporting formats to support decision-making.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for internal users, addressing system-related issues and liaising with IT or external suppliers as needed.
- Project Support: Assist with change projects, including planning, testing, and implementing new HR and OD systems or functionalities.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with complex systems and databases.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
- Experience in systems administration is desirable.
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Performance Management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
