HR Systems Administrator iTrent Location: Remote - Home WorkingPay Rate: £39.00 per hour PAYEContract: Temporary 3-6months (possibility to extend) We are seeking a dedicated HR Systems Administrator iTrent to support the Development Officer in maintaining, developing, and testing HR and OD systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR and OD service delivery team.Key Responsibilities: HR Systems Administrator iTrent

  • Systems Support: Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR and OD systems, ensuring system integrity, user access, and accurate reporting.
  • Systems Integration: Support the integration of new and existing systems, including testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.
  • User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for system users, providing guidance on best practices and effective system usage.
  • Management Information Reporting: Assist in the development of accurate and user-friendly reporting formats to support decision-making.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for internal users, addressing system-related issues and liaising with IT or external suppliers as needed.
  • Project Support: Assist with change projects, including planning, testing, and implementing new HR and OD systems or functionalities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with complex systems and databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
  • Experience in systems administration is desirable.
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Performance Management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
