About the RoleJoin our Insolvency Systems team, part of a central department providing critical support to over 650 professionals, including 100+ licensed insolvency practitioners. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will provide essential systems support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the helpdesk, triaging queries and distinguishing between systems and compliance-related issues.
  • Address systems-related queries and liaise with software support teams as required.
  • Support systems upgrades and testing in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Conduct research, maintain internal records, and assist with documentation.
  • Coordinate with head office functions to provide or obtain necessary information.

What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a candidate with a strong background in insolvency case management who is ready to transition into a support-focused role. The ideal applicant will bring:

  • Proficiency in IPS SQL and Virtual Cabinet.
  • At least two years of experience as an Insolvency Administrator.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
