Job Description

D365 CE Systems Analyst - Exciting new role to work on Multiple Dynamics 365 CRM projects with a reputable end user!

My client is looking for someone passionate about Dynamics 365 CRM, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving, with a focus on D365 CE and business analysis. This position allows you to contribute to both system improvements and strategic development.



Role & Responsibilities

  1. Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis:

    • Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, especially for projects related to Dynamics CE/CRM.
    • Analyze data and business needs to recommend actionable improvements and system enhancements.
  2. CRM Customisation & Support:

    • Learn and deliver customisation in Dynamics CRM.
    • Provide first-line support and champion CRM adoption across the organisation.
  3. Project Support:

    • Based on your skills, support agile projects, including project management and systems testing.
    • Work closely with teams in delivering enhancements and ensuring projects are aligned with business goals.
  4. Marketing Support:

    • Assist the marketing function by leveraging CRM data to improve the use of ClickDimensions for e-marketing campaigns. (Experience with D365 CE Marketing would be advantageous).
  5. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

    • Ensure ongoing communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed on changes and enhancements to the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the Finance, Technology, and Innovation teams to improve processes and results across the company.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM + previous versions
  • Knowledge of D365 Modules - Marketing, Sales, Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic approach to using data to help drive decision making
