Join a quickly expanding organisation and make an impact in improving planning systems and processes for a critical engineering operation. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll lead a variety of continuous improvement projects for our field service planning system, which schedules 500+ engineers across the UK. This role offers the chance to work with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change and optimise performance.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and prioritise improvement initiatives for our planning systems
  • Collaborate with operations, data scientists, IT architects, and vendors to design and deliver solutions
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and acceptance of system changes
  • Provide expert support and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
  • Manage small IT projects, driving enhancements and ensuring successful delivery

What you'll need:

  • Strong experience with field service planning systems and workflows
  • Previous roles in system/business/data analysis
  • Expertise in operational KPIs and performance management
  • Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform)
  • Programming knowledge in any language
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar fields
