As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll lead a variety of continuous improvement projects for our field service planning system, which schedules 500+ engineers across the UK. This role offers the chance to work with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change and optimise performance.
What you'll do:
- Lead and prioritise improvement initiatives for our planning systems
- Collaborate with operations, data scientists, IT architects, and vendors to design and deliver solutions
- Oversee testing, deployment, and acceptance of system changes
- Provide expert support and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
- Manage small IT projects, driving enhancements and ensuring successful delivery

What you'll need:
- Strong experience with field service planning systems and workflows
- Previous roles in system/business/data analysis
- Expertise in operational KPIs and performance management
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points for:
- Experience with low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform)
- Programming knowledge in any language
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar fields
