Applications Systems Analyst

25,000 - 45,000 DOE

Working within a fast paced retail environment with a set of diverse operating models including eCommerce, Retail Store and B2B functions the role ensures that the IT Applications and Application Architecture are running and meeting the demand of a growing business.

Skills & Qualities

Experience of working in a Retail e-Commerce environment with an awareness and understanding of Buying & Merchandising, Supply Chain and e-Commerce Order Management functions.

Awareness of how a central ERP operates, ideally NetSuite or similar ERP.

Ability to work within a small team, managing and coordinating application changes across the estate, working with Business Stakeholders and IT partners to ensure a smooth change transition.

Analytical thinker who can trace and pin-point issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and ensuring applications are functioning correctly and specifically that the integration's between applications are working as expected.
  • Support the Business Solutions and Change Management Team in the design and delivery of changes across the application architecture.
  • Ensure that Applications Team is communicating effectively across business stakeholders and IT partners in managing changes across the estate.
