My client is looking for a systems analyst with experience in supporting critical key systems such as their HR system (ITrent) and finance system (Microsoft Business Central).
Reporting to the Business Systems Improvement Manager, in this role you will be responsible for supporting and developing the core business systems such as our HR, Finance, Facilities and Enterprise management tools, ensuring they are designed, updated and managed to deliver value to the organisation.
Required Skills
- Ability to capture and assess user experience and needs across the entire process. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and advocate for the needs of users.
- User-centric design mindset to ensure technology solutions are intuitive, accessible and user friendly.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in end user computing and digital adoption.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills & strong stakeholder experience.
- ITIL Service Management practices such as incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management.
- Microsoft 365 Certification in areas such as Azure, Power Apps and Microsoft 365, security, compliance, and identity fundamentals.
