D365 Field Service Architect | Contract - Outside IR35 | Manchester | UK

Our client, a reputable leader in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled D365 Field Service Architect to join their IT team on an interim basis. This role is pivotal for enhancing their digital infrastructures and improving service delivery across all operational levels. This will be an outside IR35 engagement, day rate up to £600 p/d on an initial 3 months basis with likely extensions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities.
  • Architect high-quality solutions that integrate seamlessly with the existing enterprise systems and align with the latest industry standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural decisions related to field service functionalities.
  • Guide team members through complex technical issues and challenge existing practices to enhance effectiveness.
  • Ensure documentation of all architectures and field service protocols is up to date and according to organisational requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Applications Architect specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they integrate with Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the capability to navigate and influence stakeholders and project teams.
  • Deep technical expertise in service management, workflow automation, and resource scheduling.

*Please note this will be a hybrid role based in Manchester, United Kingdom. There will be an on-site requirement of 1 day per week initially, with the view to reduce to remote.
