Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior D365 Solutions Architect with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), with Finance & Operations (F&O) knowledge being an added advantage. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end D365 solutions, especially in environments where Configure to Order (CTO) and Engineer to Order (ETO) processes are integral. Your understanding of the Power Platform and its integration with D365 will be crucial to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions for the manufacturing domain, focusing on CE and SCM modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, particularly around Configure to Order and Engineer to Order processes, and translate them into technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on D365 CE and SCM, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and project managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) into the D365 ecosystem to enhance business processes.
  • Design and implement customisations and extensions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
  • Stay current with new D365 features and technologies, advising the team and stakeholders on improvements and opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in D365 CE and SCM (F&O experience is a plus).
  • Strong background in manufacturing, with hands-on experience in Configure to Order (CTO) and Engineer to Order (ETO) environments.
  • Proficient in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its integration with D365.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and experience designing complex solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading successful D365 implementations within the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experlogix experience is a bonus
  • Bluestar Software experience is a bonus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and SCM.
  • Experience with F&O and its modules.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power BI, or Office 365.
