We're on the search for a Senior Solutions Architect to join an organisation in Manchester!
In this role you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions, driving operational efficiency and innovation.
You will deliver high-quality solutions and operational architecture service, lead and develop the Solutions Architect and Architecture Support Engineer teams, creating strong engagement of individuals and alignment to organisational values and strategic objectives.
Your Requirements:- Degree in an ICT-related subject or equivalent relevant experience- Extensive experience in a leadership role in IT solutions architecture- Significant practical experience in implementing resilient IT applications within a complex, multi-vendor environment- Proven experience in reviewing and approving technical specifications and tender responses from third parties- High-level solution design experience, delivering strategic solutions to minimise risk and manage complexity- Demonstrated experience in an enterprise architecture environment within a medium-to-large organisation, ensuring alignment of technical projects with strategic objectives, architecture, and governance- Collaboration with other architectural domains (e.g., Technical, Information) to create solution architectures meeting organisational goals- Expertise in developing applications architecture aligned with guiding design principles, such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)- Business process modelling experience- In-depth understanding of solution design within a strategic solution architecture framework- Familiarity with relevant national, international, industry, and professional standards/legislation
