Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing great support to all customers / distributors with provision of order taking, complaint management and supply chain organisation
  • A key responsibility around sales support will be order processing / administration
  • Point of contact for all general enquiries
  • Coordination of all support, both technical and operational
  • Discussing product availability, shipping and credit notes
  • Recording and tracking all associated activity in CRM system to maintain alignment across the business



The Person:

  • Experience of operating across customer service, sales or supply chain
  • 2 years experience of working within target driven environments
  • Customer and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • Understanding of sales administration and order processing
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Previous use of CRM systems
