What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and managing planning projects from inception to completion
- Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and representations
- Providing expert planning advice to clients across a range of sectors
- Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities
- Supporting business development and contributing to the consultancy's growth
About You
- Significant town planning experience (private consultancy or local authority)
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and current legislation
- Experience in managing planning applications, appeals, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
