Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Support Analyst

Location: North West (On-site)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Role Overview: As a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and resolving BC support tickets, offering first-line technical assistance, and acting as the internal point of contact (POC) for all Business Central-related matters. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the system and assist with user queries, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central users, managing and resolving support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for all BC-related inquiries, ensuring that users receive the appropriate guidance and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system issues and suggest improvements or updates.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system errors and performance issues, escalating to senior technical staff when necessary.
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and configuration changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide training and support to internal users on system functionalities and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple support tickets and requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good understanding of Business Central modules and functionality is preferred.
