Job Type:
Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours onsite 5 days a week (no remote working)

Rate:
£150.00 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Providing 1st/2nd line technical support to resolve IT issues
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems
  • Setting up new users with laptops, mobile phones etc
  • Responding to IT support tickets and escalations in a timely manner
  • Assisting users with IT-related queries and issues
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant IT qualifications/certifications
  • Demonstrable experience in IT support roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills


Working Conditions:
This role is office-based 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with no option for remote working
