Job Title: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours onsite 5 days a week (no remote working)
Rate:
£150.00 Per day
Job Duties:
- Providing 1st/2nd line technical support to resolve IT issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems
- Setting up new users with laptops, mobile phones etc
- Responding to IT support tickets and escalations in a timely manner
- Assisting users with IT-related queries and issues
- Required Qualifications:
- Relevant IT qualifications/certifications
- Demonstrable experience in IT support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Working Conditions:
This role is office-based 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with no option for remote working
