Role Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled IT professional to join their team as a 2nd Line Support Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to efficiently resolve IT issues for users, serving as the key escalation point for all incidents, requests, and queries that cannot be addressed at the 1st Line level. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to our 700-user base, acting as the bridge between the Service Desk and 3rd Level support teams.* Deliver desktop support to users within the office environment.* Handle 1st Line support via telephone, email, and in-person as needed.* Contribute to and maintain the IT Knowledge Base to assist the Service Desk team.* Build, configure, and support IT user assets, including laptops, iPhones, and desktops.* Serve as a subject matter expert for common applications.* Participate in IT projects as required.* Engage in problem meetings and contribute to problem resolution.* Take part in managing major incidents and business communications.* Collaborate closely with 3rd Level teams.

Required Skills:

* Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.* Strong networking experience, including device patching and a solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, WAN.
