Summary

A brand new role has just opened up for an ambitious individual to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider based in Greater Manchester. This is the perfect opportunity for a Junior Helpdesk Technician, who wants to develop their career in an welcoming, sociable and lively working environment.

You will be responsible for supporting external customers with 1st/2nd Line support enquires. This role is based on-site, but may require occasional travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact on the Service Desk, offering resolutions.
  • Overseeing and maintaining client infrastructure.
  • Providing desktop support to business users.
  • Handling management of equipment and assets.
  • Configuring and setting up laptops, desktops, and mobile/tablet devices.

Requirements

This is the perfect role for a junior helpdesk technician, who may have 1+ years of IT experience and wants to further develop their career.

  • Experience providing 1st line support.
  • Experience with O365 suite.
  • Familiarity with Windows or Linux Servers.

You will be subjected to a DBS check and a full driving licence is required for this role.
