Test Analyst - Contract - 6 months

*Contract Test Analyst (Outside IR35), MUST have experience of software testing on Proclaim / tested on case management software for a law firm*

Are you a skilled Test Analyst with a knack for legal system upgrades and experience of testing of case management workflows? I am looking for experienced test professionals my client on a contract basis and support a major Proclaim upgrade to 3.5. You must have been a Test Analyst / QA Engineer for a law firm previously and ideally have experience of Proclaim case management software!

As a Test Analyst / QA Engineer you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition to Proclaim 3.5, which features redesigned workflows and upgraded modules. Working closely with the Test Manager and other key business areas, your role will be critical in preparing the system to go live by the summer next year.

Experience required:

- Software testing experience with Proclaim, ideally with previous version upgrades

- Strong understanding of case management systems

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and deliver results on time

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive testing on updated case management workflows in Proclaim 3.5 for at least 6 months

- Collaborate with the Test Manager and internal teams to align on testing objectives

- Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle

- Provide feedback to ensure the system is robust, user-friendly, and ready for the summer 2025

  • Location: Remote work available, with occasional visits to the North West office
  • Contract Length: Minimum 6 months, with potential for extension
  • Start Date: Immediate, running through go-live and post-transition support
  • Rate - £350 - £500 Outside IR35
