IT Trainer - 9-month FTC - Manchester

Seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a team reporting to the IT Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a variety of IT training solutions tailored to the needs of both legal and non-legal teams. Your role will involve supporting ongoing training initiatives and managing bespoke projects that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training on widely used software, including Microsoft Office, and specialized in-house applications.
Develop and maintain training materials such as eLearning resources, manuals, and exercises.
Provide end-to-end project support for IT training requirements.
Mentor and coach learners, offering constructive feedback.
Evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
Travel to various UK and European offices to deliver training as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant IT or Training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Microsoft Certified Trainer).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and learning technologies.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and engage learners with diverse learning styles.

This is a 9-month FTC, offering hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) and 35k - 40k depending on experience.
