Justteachers Teaching Agency are currently working with a partner primary school to recruit a Year 3 teacher to join a friendly school in Chorlton.
The school are looking for a confident teacher with good behaviour management, a team mentality and a good sense of fun. The school is modern, bright and well-resourced with a committed, friendly and forward-thinking management team. The role is due to start after Easter and will continue for the rest of the academic year initially with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The school are open to applications from Early Career Teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote the well-being and academic success of students
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally.
- Experience working across all Key Stages is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Dedication to creating a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and resilience
