Purpose of the role:Due to continued company growth the opportunity has arisen to join this incredible business overseeing and producing daily Production plans. Using various Planning and Factory systems to process incoming orders ensuring they are ready for picking and revising daily plans accordingly.You will play a central role in communication between various Departments and have responsibility for planning and managing inventories, production batch control and raw materials.Duties and Responsibilities:Facilitate and oversee the day-to-day operations alongside department Managers to deliver accurate production plans to achieve customer order service levels.Forecasting customer orders and planning a production schedule for the day.Capacity/Promotional Planning.Maximise use of products obtaining high yields and low waste.Communicating with the wider business to inform of the production plans.Efficiently deploy and manage departmental resource.Ensure all legal and legislative requirements are maintained and up to date.To manage, maintain, monitor and improve upon Key Performance. Indicators and standards expected.Attend regular internal and external meetings.Analysis of data, providing regular reports.
You will ideally be educated to Degree level within a Business, Supply Chain or Nutritional discipline and have a passion for forming your career with a forward-thinking Entrepreneurial business.
You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment along with a numerical mindset and a drive to improve planning efficiencies.
