Your new role
In your new role as Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be tasked with the implementation of new and improving technologies relating to Industry 4.0, to introduce automation and digitalisation techniques and principles across the production facility, and winder business. You will be responsible for new product introduction, production transfers across the group and driving manufacturing change, achieving high levels of automotive, productivity and efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Advanced Manufacturing Engineer role, you will need to have had previous experience in a similar role, with at least a few years' experience implementing lean manufacturing methodologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be aware of Industry 4.0, and the benefit that integrating smart digital technologies has into manufacturing and industrial processes.
What you'll get in return
