8.00AM-4.00PM Monday-FridayAre you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer/Production engineer, with experience of running process improvements projects looking to work on a large manufacturing site with progression available?This role will suit an ambitious candidate who would like to work in a leadership roles whilst remaining hands on. Leadership training will be provided.

You will be responsible for managing improvement projects focusing on areas such as layout, automation and robotics.

The Role

1. Full Time permanent role on a large manufacturing site
2. Managing continuous improvement projects in the manufacturing environment.
3. Utilise CAD for layout sketches etc.
4. Mentor junior production engineers

The Person

1. Academic/working background with manufacturing/engineering. This could be degree, HND, City and Guilds, or apprentiship.
2. Working experience of lean/ continuous improvement principles; 5S, FMEA, VSM, Process flow
3. No leadership experience is required but you should have the motivation to move into a team leading role
