Responsible Individual/ Operations Manager
Children's Residential Care Homes
Overseeing the management of 2 residential care homes that are OFSTED-regulated
Registering with OFSTED as the Responsible Individual of the 2 homes
Services are based in Hyde and Stockport
All homes are currently operational
All services are for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Line manage home managers, ensuring all services are safe and effective, meeting OFSTED regulations
Support on safeguarding concerns
Support on budgeting within all homes
Support with recruitment and staff management
Work closely with the senior management team, ensuring all services meet company standards
