Temporary Digital Learning Designer

We are looking for a Temporary Digital Learning Designer to work within our Digital and Blended Learning team.

You would support with the design, development and delivery of online learning interventions, helping to bring them to life and playing a vital role in enhancing the capability of our staff and associates.

What we are looking for:

  • highly adept in using digital media creation tools, e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia
  • proven experience in producing engaging and impactful online learning
  • use of instructional design concepts for e-learning
  • excellent working knowledge of Articulate Suite
  • ability to create human centric designs
  • visual/graphic design and editing skills
  • effective written and oral communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • good creative and user experience design knowledge, demonstrating strong knowledge of responsive design best practices for producing digital learning content
  • knowledge of video production and sound recording
  • ability to interpret data in order to evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions is desirable.
