About Our ClientOur client, a specialist insurance broker, is seeking a meticulous and organised individual to join their team as a Broker Support. This role offers exposure to varied risks and policies, providing an excellent opportunity for someone with insurance experience or a strong desire to develop in the sector.
Role OverviewThis administrative role will involve supporting brokers by handling key back-office tasks, ensuring smooth client onboarding, and preparing essential documentation. While primarily admin-focused, the position offers exposure to SME Property and Casualty risks, including Public & Employers Liability and Property Damage All Risks covers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare renewals and pre-renewal templates.
- Set up client records and complete onboarding checks.
- Process premium credit agreements and handle payment defaults.
- Send out contingency quote documentation and flood checks.
- Manage email templates, client communications, and document distribution.
- Enter risk information into Acturis for the Elite scheme.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in SME Property and Casualty classes (preferred).
- Knowledge of Public & Employers Liability and Property Damage All Risks.
- Acturis experience (preferred but not essential, with training provided).
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
