* Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements


Ideal Candidate:
* Life Insurance Sales Experience: Proven background in life insurance sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport, explain complex products clearly, and inspire confidence
