Role Responsibilities:* Advise clients on suitable life insurance products based on their needs, financial goals, and personal circumstances* Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client's requirements and provide expert guidance* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention* Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)* Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements

Ideal Candidate:* Life Insurance Sales Experience: Proven background in life insurance sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets* Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport, explain complex products clearly, and inspire confidence* Results-Driven and Motivated: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and maximise earning potential* Organised and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple clients and providing personalised service to each* Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance
