What You'll Do:
- Underwrite P&C risks, ensuring profitable growth within our modular product offerings.
- Work closely with our broker panel to develop innovative insurance solutions.
- Utilise our proprietary platform with 1,200+ data points and geospatial risk insights for precision underwriting.
- Help shape and refine our underwriting strategy as we expand into new product areas.
- Collaborate with our digital, pricing, and analytics teams to enhance automation and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, can do attitude that is looking for an entrepreneurial environment in which to thrive.
- Experience in P&C underwriting.
- Ability to build rapport and positive trading relationships with brokers.
