MPJ Recruitment are currently representing a specialist insurance and underwriting company in the motor insurance industry. Our client act within the General Insurance & Broking sectors of the insurance claims process and their management boast over 50 years experience in the industry.

We are currently searching for an experienced administrator to join our business due to our growth plans in 2025. The ideal candidate will be organised, good with IT platforms and customer centric.

Claims Administrator duties:

  • Raising Payments from invoices for suppliers
  • Assisting with supplier invoice queries
  • Added emails to files and allocating correspondence
  • General post
  • Filing
  • Customer email updates
  • Assisting with Stationary ordering
  • Assisting with day-to-day office issues
  • Data input

Overview of qualities preferred

  • Claims Admin experience - would be preferred but not a must
  • Comfortable with Excel and Outlook
  • Organisation skills
