- Qualify clients based on their property transaction details
- Clearly explain our service and process in a professional and engaging manner
- Gather necessary information and documentation to initiate claims
- Book consultations or next steps with our internal assessment specialists
- Maintain accurate records on our CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs
