AboutA specialist firm are looking for a Claims Adviser to help property buyers uncover and recover overpaid Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) through expert assessments and the processing of the claims. They are looking for an addition to the team due to continued growth.   The RoleAs a Claims Adviser, you’ll play a key role in helping clients understand their eligibility for a stamp duty refund. You’ll be handling inbound and outbound enquiries, qualifying potential claims, gathering information, and booking consultations with our assessment team.   Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and website enquiries from prospective clients
  • Qualify clients based on their property transaction details
  • Clearly explain our service and process in a professional and engaging manner
  • Gather necessary information and documentation to initiate claims
  • Book consultations or next steps with our internal assessment specialists
  • Maintain accurate records on our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs
