The role offers the chance to develop and hone your customer service skills, while working in a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:- Input and update client details on the company’s computer system.- Gather data and input new claims and business enquiries.- Proactively complete diary tasks to support the team, including work with referrers, third-party insurers, and medical agencies.- Ensure attendance calls meet quality standards and that all key information is obtained and recorded.- Work towards targets and deadlines with a focus on excellent customer service and urgency.- Chase paperwork and outstanding case information professionally and promptly.- Manage medical appointments in a timely manner, adhering to due process.- Input and log insurance policies relative to client files.- Communicate with witnesses in line with allocated workloads and due process.- Undertake administrative tasks to support the business, including document redaction, bundle preparation, and telephone support.Skills and Experience Required:- Exceptional customer service skills.- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent telephone manner and fact-finding abilities.- Ability to work well as part of a team.- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification).This role is perfect for those who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
